Kamil Mikulski is the founder and chairman of the board of the Emerging Threats Observatory. Since 2018, he has been working at the intersection of new technologies and the analysis of hybrid threats. He is a fellow of the James Denton Program (CEPA) and a former member of the European Commission’s expert group, focusing on countering disinformation through education and training. By education, he is a lawyer, having completed his master’s studies at the University of Wrocław and international relations and diplomacy at the College of Europe in Bruges. He is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Communication at King Juan Carlos University in Madrid. As part of his doctoral studies, he collaborated with the NATO StratCom CoE.

Jakub Kubś holds a Ph.D. in humanities. Since 2021, he has been working in the field of disinformation analysis. He is the author of numerous reports on the analysis of Russian propaganda, coordinated inauthentic behaviour in social media (CIB), and in-depth analyses of the financing of Russian media. In his work, he employs data analysis, network visualization, OSINT techniques and tools, and programming. He has conducted training sessions on the analysis of foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI), DISARM methodology, and the use of the OpenCTI platform for both governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations in Europe and Africa.

Michał Krawczyk is a consultant and data analyst specializing in the study of external influences and disinformation campaigns in the context of electoral processes. He is the author of numerous international reports and articles on Russian propaganda, foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI), and online disinformation. He has conducted workshops and training sessions on the use of OSINT techniques to identify threats in the online space and counter disinformation. Previously associated with the Kościuszko Institute, he has also collaborated with projects such as IRI’s Beacon Project. He is a graduate of Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the International Visitor Leadership Program organized by the U.S. Department of State.
