We monitor new threats
Emerging Threats Observatory
Our mission
The Emerging Threats Observatory Foundation was established with the deep conviction of its Founders that building societal resilience to disinformation and hybrid threats is crucial for security and social stability.
Our mission focuses on raising public awareness, developing key skills for detecting and countering hybrid threats, and supporting expert cooperation.
We achieve our goals by collaborating with entities from all three sectors, in the spirit of the EU and NATO concept of countering hybrid threats through a “whole-of-society approach.”
